The $330 fee is fully credited toward your matter if you decide to engage us, so you only pay for the advice if you don't proceed.
What if my case isn't suitable?
We'll tell you honestly. Unlike many firms that accept every case willing to pay, we only take matters we believe we can progress responsibly. If your case isn't suitable, we'll explain why and, where possible, suggest alternative approaches. You'll still receive value from understanding your situation clearly.
Will I be pressured to sign during the consultation?
Absolutely not. Our consultation is a legal assessment, not a sales pitch. We don't use urgency tactics, offer discounts for signing "today", or pressure you in any way. After the consultation, if your matter is suitable, you'll receive a complete information pack to review at your own pace.

Yes. You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours, we may retain the fee or offer a credit toward a future booking.
